Zoom Best Practices Webinar

On March 15th The Austin Bid For ICYPAA held an online workshop to share best practices for Zoom, a popular web conference software. This workshop was held to help educate the community on how to operate business meetings and execute third legacy voting in Zoom. After the current pandemic, the work shop was extended to also share how to start an online meeting.

We had no idea that 6 months ago when we planned this workshop the impact that we would have on the overall AA community in bridging the gap between technology and service work and also providing access for groups and members to start their own online meetings.

The AA Grapevine has graciously allowed us to put the video on their YouTube channel. The video is below as well as links pertinent from the workshop which should provide as resources to anyone needing help with using Zoom as a platform to run a business meeting, area assembly, district meeting, or online meeting.
